Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ChatROAS (the "service"), which includes the website at chatroas.ai and the app at app.chatroas.ai. By signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

ChatROAS connects to your Google Ads account, and optionally to a Google Analytics 4 property, with the permissions you grant through Google. It lets you ask questions about your accounts and request changes through a chat with an AI assistant. Every change is shown to you first, and is applied to your account only after you confirm it.

2. Your account and authority

  • You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
  • You must have the right to access and manage every Google Ads account you connect, including client accounts you manage for others.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement, for yourself or for the business you represent.

3. Your responsibility for changes and ad spend

You decide what changes are made. A change you confirm is applied to your live Google Ads account and can affect what you spend and how your campaigns perform. You are responsible for reviewing each change before you confirm it, and for all advertising costs charged by Google. The undo feature depends on the state of your account and may not be available for every change.

4. AI output

The assistant's answers and suggestions are generated by an AI model from your account data. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional, financial, or legal advice. Check the numbers and the proposed changes before you act on them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service on accounts you are not authorized to manage;
  • use the service to break the law or Google's advertising policies and terms;
  • try to disrupt the service, get around its limits, or access other users' data;
  • copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

6. Google and other third parties

ChatROAS is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Your use of Google Ads and Google Analytics remains subject to Google's own terms. The service depends on Google's and other providers' systems, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we access, use, and store your data. It is part of these terms.

8. Fees

If we introduce paid plans, we will show the prices and ask you to accept them before you are charged. You pay Google directly for your advertising; those costs are separate from anything you pay us.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise any particular advertising result, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or advertising spend that result from your use of the service, including from changes you confirmed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and revoke its access in your Google account, under Third-party apps with account access.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
